History of Lincoln Tech’s Commitment to Members of the Armed Forces
Since 1946, Lincoln Tech has helped veterans and their families begin rewarding careers in some of the nation’s most in-demand fields: auto, diesel, manufacturing, healthcare, and more. In Marietta, Georgia, Lincoln Tech offers career training for the HVAC, electrical, electronics, and medical assisting fields, which offer tremendous potential for the men and women of our Armed Forces. Lincoln Tech is proud to serve those who have served their country with honor.
At the Marietta campus, student-veteran chapters lend added support to the school’s military population–approximately 20 percent of students are veterans. The campus hosts exclusive recruiting events to connect veterans with employers, and students can further their education by pursuing Associate Degrees in service management for certain fields*. Financial aid options are available to those who qualify; veterans may use benefits such as the G.I. Bill toward a hands-on Lincoln Tech training program.
“America’s veterans will always have a partner in Lincoln Tech,” says Campus President Brian Capozzi. “We’re proud to offer training and personal guidance to veterans that leads to new careers and helps with an overall transition into civilian life.”
Your military background, combined with the specialized education offered at Lincoln Tech, can prepare you for a promising future. Lincoln Tech joins with the rest of the nation in expressing gratitude for your service, and we are eager to assist you in starting the next chapter of your journey.
